Payment Policy:
Full payment is due, on booking of courses and /or book orders, unless previously arranged with management. Payments are accepted through our website via Visa or MasterCard credit cards or EFT. Enrolments and payments can also be made by phone, mail or in person. We accept cash, credit card, EFT and cheques.
In exceptional circumstances part payment (in two installments only) can be made by previous arrangement with the management. Part payment attracts an additional administration fee. All payments must be finalised before the course concludes.
If, due to exceptional circumstances, as determined by Management, a student is unable to attend a full course and, if arrangements are made at the time of booking, a pro rata charge may be applied to the course. This fee will be made up of an administration and course materials fee plus a daily rate.
There are no refunds for book purchases unless the wrong titled has been ordered. in which case, if the book i returned within one week a credit will be provided for use in another book purchase. Postage costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Cancellation and Return Policy:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes for any reason. Every effort will be made to find a suitable alternative course or venue. In the event a class is cancelled, all students will be notified and full refunds will be provided, with the option to reschedule.
Should the student need to cancel or reschedule, one weeks notice is required in order to receive a full refund. Refunds are made through EFT only. No cash will be refunded direct to the client.
Withdrawals less than one week before the course commences may, at the discretion of the management, receive a credit which can be used in another Academic Task Force course. In such cases credit will be held by Academic Task Force and recorded on our database. The credit can be used to attend a future Academic Task Force course.
There is no refund for cancellations after the course has commenced. A credit may be provided at the discretion of the management. Credits will only be provided for absences due to an authorised school function or illness. A request for credit form (Click Here) must be submitted to ACADEMIC TASK FORCE. 48 hours notification in writing (an email is acceptable) is required for absences from weekly classes if a rescheduled credit is to be provided.
